    I guess I don't understand. You mean that you're not in any pain under the bar, but you're waiting for perfectly symmetrical wrists before you actually start training on the program? You cannot be serious.

    You’re the guru Mark, perhaps I overthink things.
    I’ll plough on then and see how it goes, maybe post a vid.
    Slight feeling of DOMS post workout on both lateral heads but not a big deal.

    Just FYI, my wrist discrepancy and slight shoulder pain has been resolved by fascial manipulation of the forearm.
