    *If you lift weights, you should understand the stress/recovery/adaptation process. Your body will go through it whether you understand it or not. Squats and deadlifts don’t cause you to get big and strong, recovering from them does. However, your muscles aren’t the only thing that is changing and adapting; it’s all of you – physically, mentally and emotionally.     As I lay in bed I wondered if I would ever walk again. Now the question is will I run?

    Rip you were right again. I can get in the STI an even depress the clutch. Yes glad I didn't sell it!

    I am sure if I had not been training I would have died in the operating room! It is a long story...
