Both my knees and elbows naturally hyperextend. My knees when locked make me look like aliens from The Arrival and my elbows bend about 15~20 degrees past 180. Does anyone else have this and has it affected your lifting in any way?

    Yes, it's an injury risk.

You should intentionally control your position and make sure not to "lean" into the overextended positions.

Okay. I started using knee sleeves on my first attempt at LP and they seemed to help with reminding me about their position as well as making them just feel better(once I got warmed up and moving the popping goes away. So I'll start using elbow sleeves as well.
