Let’s go for a quick tour, there's something I want you to see. We've talked a bit about it, but it helps to lay eyes on. No, I promise, it won’t take long. We can take my truck.

As one who has watched several loved ones spend their twilight years in 'the home', this strikes deep.
Mr. Musser knows exactly why I train.

Excellent article and it does it close to home. Makes me wish I'd started earlier but the good news is I'm following the program now! Read the book, and now listening to it on AudioBook Rip talks me to sleep every night now.

Thought provoking. Thanks for the wake up call. The choice is there for everyone. Sit and take that truck ride, or get out and get under the bar.

This really hits home. Not just for my own life, but as I think about my parents, both of whom are in their upper 60s and early 70s. I watched my Mom getting up from her knees at church last night during our prayer time, and she had a hard time doing it. She has bad knees, bad hips, and arthritis. My concern was not her condition so much as "if she fell, could I pick her up?"

Right now the answer is probably "no."

Bad things will still happen, but I'm not helpless.
