He's only interested in "primary literature"?
Hi SS Community,
Thanks for the approval to be part of the forums. I am a pharmacology PhD student and I recently got into a debate with a professor about the benefits of strength training. I argued that the persistence of the adaptations from strength training are far more persistent than the adaptations from aerobic endurance training (He is a triathlete). He did not believe me. I searched for a few pieces of primary literature to corroborate my claims but struggled to find anything. Can anyone help with this matter? Appreciate it.

How about get yourself really strong and who care what he thinks?
