When considering the benchmark goals of 1 x body weight press, 1.5 x body weight bench press, 2 x body weight squat, and 2.5 x body weight deadlift; are we talking 1RM, 5 RM, 5X3? What specific rep range are we talking about for these goals?

1RM or PR. That's the default. Reps and sets outside that always require qualification.
