So I've started a new job and between the physical nature of the job and never knowing what time I'll be off I have to train first thing in the morning. What's been y'alls experience with training early? I was using a pre workout and a carb supplement before my training. I'd also like to move to a four day split to save time. I feel like I'm getting close to adding the mid week deload for the squat anyway(255 up from 135 at the end of 5 weeks) so I was thinking doing two normal squat sessions, 1 deadlift, and a power clean. Then doing a intensity/ volume rotation on the upper body days.

    M/34/230lbs/3300 cal
    Numbers after 5 weeks
    Squat: 135 - 255
    Deadlift: 185 - 315
    Press: 95 - 125
    Bench press: 135 - 175
    Power clean: 95 - 125

I've been training early morning for the last 12 years or so. You will adapt. It may not be the "most optimal" time to train, but you'll still make plenty of gains.
