BareFoot Under the Bar
Due to my clumsiness I managed to drop one of my lifting shoe in to a bucket of used motor oil. While waiting for my new shoes to arrive I started lifting in my bare feet. I really like how it feels. I have EEEE wide feet. All the shoes I have tried pinch at the ball of my foot. So, any long term drawbacks to this? I can't see this as being much different than lifting in Converse shoes. Being barefoot does this throw off your bio mechanics?
