1st time poster looking for guidance
Hey guys been doing LP for 5 months now I'm 6'2 300lbs 34 yrs old and I'm getting stuck on the heavier weight (annotated by ***)
right now I'm at
5x5 squat @ 475 ***
5x5 Press @ 210 ***
5x5 bench @ 255
1x5 DL @ 505 ***
My question is (also sorry if this is the wrong area to do this never posted before) should I just back off a certain percentage and try to ramp back up or should I start to add different accessory workouts? Any guidance is highly appreciated thanks for your time everyone!!!
