    Hey guys, I just started to work out doing ss.

    Because im new to this, Im working right now on my form.
    Right now, I dont do the powerclien. And the problem is, I dont know what should i replace it until I will learn the proper form to power clien.

    Need help ! What is better to replace it for now? Chin ups VS bent over row?

    If the chin ups, its supposed to be the same day as overhead press or bech ? The same question for benr over row.

    How about just keep deadlifting? If you are a complete noob, then you have a long ways to go before recovery becomes an issue. Deadlift every session until you get to a significant weight, and that much heavier than your squat.
