    For sure, I just wanted to share since I found it interesting. 202.5x1x7 was my last intensity day, and 165x5x5 for strict press volume.

    Thank you for the kind words. 200+ presses are what I consider Actually Heavy and when done for reps, it's a whole lot of work. I do think your volume day is too light though. 170-180 would probably provided more of a stimulus for a 200+ press.
