    Another great reason to get an SS rack - or in my case get one built - I imagine shipping half way around the world may be costly!

    Another good tip i always use is after you have one plate loaded, roll that sucker onto a micro plate...and easily load the rest. Much easier in my opinion. I use the 0.25kg plate, its only about 3 or 4mm thick. Easy.

    Sorry for unearthing this post, but I have a quick question regarding measurements.

    The SS rack blue print has the holes spaced by 3", but if I'm not mistaken, the one on the video has 2" hole spacing.

    Question: for a 2" hole spacing, what is the height of the first hole, and what is the length of the safety rod for this amazing feature to work?
