    Dear Mark,

Before covid I was training hard and hit a PR squat of 405x5x1 and deadlift 460x5x1 at 5'9, 200lbs. Eating 4k calories a day, getting stronger every week and seeing improved body composition. Needless to say I am super pissed at the timing of all this.

I only have a barbell and 60lbs of plates at home. I have a squat rack and plates on order, ETA 3 weeks.

Is it better to practice the squat/dead/press/valsalva with the 105lbs I have, or should I completely rest up and hit the LP hard again (25% deload maybe) when my gear arrives?

    Thanks a lot!

You should keep lifting, but know that it's not the same as training.
