What is "sapping" the urine? Urine is "pure" otherwise? There I was thinking that urine was being excreted for a decent reason.

I don’t know what the hell that even means, but I do know the saps not risin in Georgia till spring.

Study up before you post...Creatinine clearance (I get mine read through bloodwork) determines your overall glomerular filtration rate (GFR), which reflect how well your kidneys are cleaning your blood. Properly functioning kidneys clear creatinine from the blood. So a high level of creatinine CAN suggest renal impairment. Creatine use can provide elevations to your creatinine levels, which can falsely suggest compromised kidney function.

Hope it helps (kinda sapped my energy typing all this)!

If General Ripper says my fluids are sapped, that's good enough for me:

Any particular brand that you recommend?

I looked on Amazon and, maybe it's just me, but brand names like Beast Sports Nutrition, Creatine Carnage, Insane Labz, Beyond Raw Chemistry Labs, just don't inspire confidence.

After reading this thread, I got this one on Amazon. I use a lot of products from Now Foods.

Amazon.com: NOW Sports Nutrition, Creatine Monohydrate 750 mg, Mass Building*/Energy Production*, 120 Capsules: Health & Personal Care
