Can't wait for the Rip-oste to this question.
I joined the gym to use the stairmaster. I'm reasonably fit and love walking up hills. Thought it would be a good challenge and fitness training tool.
I thought I was happy just doing a few press ups and pull ups.
I lifted a few weights and now I've decided I want to get strong, too.
I found SS and have been trying to learn to squat, deadlift and press properly. Done 3 practise sessions and feel like it's time to start adding my 5lb per session (I'll actually be using 5.5lb because there's only 1.25kg plates at the gym)
I'm wondering a couple of things..
Do I need to include bench press for this whole system to work?
Can I still use the stairmaster on off days to keep my bf coming down and fitness up?
I want to be strong, fit, flexible, injury free, look half decent.. I don't need to do it in a major rush though. I just want the best progression I can all together, rather than getting stronger and losing stamina, building stamina and losing strength.
Am I too greedy?

I am having trouble telling is this is a joke. The title of the post makes it sound like one.
