    Default Should I Cut

I first started starting strength april 2019. It was going well until i got Mononucleosis in June. I finally got well again 4 months later. I gained a lot of wait during those 4 months because I couldnt get out of bed. I went from 175 to 185 and lost all of the muscle i had gained.

Ive been doing starting strength again since october. I now weight 214 and I am at 30% body fat. Here are my numbers after 3 months

    Squat 345
    Bench 160
    Press 110
    Dead 325
    Power 140

i know my dead lift should be higher but unfortunately i started way too low because i was trying to be cautious when i got back from being sick.

    I eat 3,250 calories a day

I am willing to push through and get my numbers up but im worried that by then my body fat will be out of control.

Should I cut or keep at it for a few more months?

Age/height? I'd like to see a video of your squat. I don't think you're doing the program.

Let’s get a video of your deadlift too.

You need not "cut" because you are likely to gain muscle mass and lose fat at the same time through training. If you continue to train and get stronger, waistline should go down, fat percentage should follow, and bodyweight should hold steady.

Here is me attempting to squat 355. After seeing the video it was very obvious that I was not squatting low of me. Very foolish of me. I did a video of me squatting lower to make sure im doing it right and ill post that right after this
