This was a missed opportunity to cut the trap bar into pieces with an angle grinder. Some poor soul might find that in the garbage and use it.

It was borrowed. I hope you don't think I own one.
I thought maybe someone bought one, realized their mistake and couldn't return it so they gave it to you.

Had a conversation about this with a coworker who tweaked his back last week at the top of a trap bar pull.
Good video, thanks coach!
What a lovely image.
FB comments are always fun.
At first I wondered if you actually owned a trap bar and then I quickly thought about the Jameson / toilet video. I immediately thought to myself "there is no way in hell he owns a trap bar."
On a serious note, considering the instability one can have with this piece of equipment performing a deadlift, I wanted to get your thoughts about a farmers carry with the trap bar? I sometimes use it in the backyard instead of my prowler to mix things up as its easy to load and drag out of my basement. I never had a problem or any injury with it however I don't want to be stupid as I am not young anymore either. Just looking for your 2 cents?
