I had recalled reading the mid foot doesn't line up at light weights before, wasn't able to remember where. I am very happy for her being able to get the depth though. She's actually been doing really well lately. The big hump was in the beginning having to chip away at what she learned in gym class that she has to keep the back vertical to squat. I actually hadn't seen that leg press video before but basically had her start using one. No idea what the carriage assembly weighed but after she surpassed stacking 100 on there in plates we were able to get her to translate into a real squat.
