    That plastic casing is an issue. Some fractionals may fit though.

    You say "...when you can do Lat Pull Down body weight for 3-5 reps, you should be able to produce 1-3 Chin Ups so from there you would do a combination of Lat Pull Downs and Chin Ups until your Chin Up reps exceed your Lat Pull Down reps or at least match them...".
    My question is about the combination. You do the LPD & Chin Up combination in the same or different sessions? Can you give an example for this combination?
