    Congrats to Z.

    Any way to find out what his typical daily calorie was... 4000-5000? Probably about a thousand of it were protein calories?

    And did Z have to tweak his inter-set rests...did he start low and go longer?

    Z added roughly 20 pounds a week to his squat on average.... that's darn near miraculous. Kudos.

    Once again, I am very jealous that a Starting Strength gym is not closer to my home (and I'm 2 1/2 hours from Wichita Falls).
