    A braised bone-in neck roast is delicious. I've only cooked deer and elk necks but I'm sure beef would be great also. Barbacoa style is my favorite.
    Sending the neck to the grinder in sinful. Same goes for shanks.
    People need to learn to cook.

    This was a killer interview. I now know why the grass fed burger meat I've been buying is so bland.
