Rip I have a question regarding the cue you gave for rack/foot timing. You instructed the lifter to "meet the bar" in order to speed up the racking process and timing with feet hitting the ground. How would you cue the same issue for the Snatch? I understand that it is the same idea, the rack position needs to happen more quickly, but since the bar isn't racked on the front delts in the snatch I am curious if you have a cue that can help fix rack/feet timing.
