Need help with alternative exercises during quarantine
I'm not able to continue to go to gym right now (I'm in europe) and I was following Starting Strength program for 2 months already. On the picture there is all equipment I have at home at the moment (small barbell and dumbbells). I'm currently trying to come up with the programm which will allow me not to fall back a lot, 'cause heavy weights are not available. Any advices are appreciated.

Gym is closed because of COVID-19
Hi Mark,
My gym is closed because of the virus. In the best case, it will last for at least 3-4 weeks. Do you have any advice on how to minimize the losses of the strength during this period?
