I'm in NYC where all gyms have been ordered closed due to COVID-19. Therefore I cannot train. The quarantine will likely last another month, if not longer.
Would you have any recommendations for training that one could do in the meantime? I'm sure strength gains are not possible, but is there way to program a bodyweight workout to at least preserve some strength?
