How would you program this?
I have access to a pull up bar and bands, but nothing else. Can you suggest a plan?
I did pavels fighter pull-up program, with chins instead of pull-ups, a couple years ago and it worked really damn good. I went from six to fifteen chin-ups in I think six weeks or something. Another thing with chin-ups, at least that worked for me before I could do a full one is just doing negatives throughout the day every day. You’d be surprised how quickly you can get up to being able to do one, then two, then start looking at some programming.

I showed your method to a non-chinner--she was convinced and inspired, and over four weeks, got her first chinup!
She's now doing two or three in a set and her form is starting to look good.
