    It's not always possible to associate a tear with a warmup mistake, or any mistake, really. Sometimes you hurt yourself, and there may not be a satisfying explanation for it. I tore a quad once, on the 8th set of 10 doubles: I was warm, my form was the same as my 7th set. Sometimes it happens. Part of the game.

    Ouch. I thought I’d never squat again with just this adductor tear. Feel a bit of a pussy now. I’m pleased with how good the rehab is working though. Using 330 lb now and can hardly feel the injury at all now.
