My personal favorite. Although I'm not sure how fitting it would be on a poster.

Perfect timing as I plan a training garage in the yard. What about a WFAC flag? I’ll have a full size American flag, and I have room for a half size WFAC flag on the other wall. Not sure if there is a WFAC flag designed but I would hang it, why the hell not.

this is what Rip said in answering a question of mine,
“...deadlifts are hard, you got to pull on them when you don’t want to, that’s how they go up !...”

Not a quote, but I'd like to see a warm-up poster displaying the warm-up sets leading up to the top sets. Something like:

1-2x5 Empty Bar / 135 lbs for Deadlift
    1x5 40%
    1x3 60%
    1x2 80%
    Main Set(s)

Just as a convienient tool to refer to.
