Anyone up here who has played college hockey on any level and elite high school hockey programs have strength programs derived from Boyle. Drives me nuts when I talk to the hockey players.
Do you coach or have leads on good Boston Metro S&C coaches for hockey? My son (14) isn’t serious about it to do SSNLP but if a “hockey” coach could teach him good form, it would lay a good foundation.
