    100s are absolutely useless in a strength training gym that caters to all demographics. Most people cannot handle 100s.

    Does anyone else like to have their trainees press with 25s instead of 45s? I initially had to do this because of a low ceiling, but now I feel like it helps me keep a closer eye on everything without the obstruction of the big plates.

    Aside from the reason that you presented I can't think of a reason why one would do that? That's like doing a set of 7 for reasons other than missing rep number 8.
