Low back tweak
I am 5'8" 172lbs squat: 285 3 sets of 5. Deadlift: 345 3x5 bench: 195 3x5 ohp: 120.
In my last workout I "tweaked" my back from not setting my spine properly before the lift. Everything got real tight and it made it hard to move around. I have experienced this before doing high bar squats before doing the program. My question is about how to continue the program. Do I take a few days off for the spasm to stop? Do I drop 10 pounds and get back under the bar? What's the procedure? Thank you

Why so much deadlift volume? Unless 345 is light for you something was bound to give with all that volume.
