    Because the greatest amount of muscle mass is in the hips and legs, and squats cause more hypertrophy in those muscles due to the ROM, the stretch reflex, and the ability to do sets across.
    Exactly, you're right on that one.

    And thanks for answering my question. I am certain you've answered it 1000x before.

    One last thing.... I've had direct interactions and coaching with 4 different SS coaches. You have very good "selection criteria" and great filtering processes. (used " " bc I know they aren't your employees, but you know what I mean)
