Now that's a sick lift. Great stuff.

First time posting, been reading and learning from the site for about nine months. I’ve been working hard to get my deadlift over 400 lbs and squat is almost there for sets of 5. My press is moving up much more slowly, 175 for sets of 3. I’ve watched this lift by Chase at least 10 times. A 365 lb press. God damn it I have a long way to go. The man’s press is nearly at my squat sets. This is amazing to watch. The way he attacks the bar and gets tight. Very, very cool to watch. Kudos to you Chase. Respect.

Breaking: Chase pressed 370 this morning at WFAC.

Rip, do you think the upright rows are what did it? I mean a while ago he was struggling to press 300, then you guys did some upright rows in wifebeaters.
Must have been the upright rows, IMHO.

Was wondering, did Chase think preparing for the the second one easier because he had already done the weight once, or harder, because he knew how frickin' heavy the weight was?
Either way, I am in awe.
