Absolutely agree and this clearly answers the silly question that gets thrown out there' "Isn't that strong enough when you lift X?" No, its not strong enough, ever. The goal is get as strong as you can and when that day comes as father time catches up, maintain as much of that for as long as possible! Great article Jim!
