    Default Boogaloos

    Hi Rip,

I don't know whether Justin intentionally "misspoke" but the Boogaloo is not about a second American Revolution but a second Civil War. Some–but not all–Boogaloos, are openly racist and neo-Nazi (the movement began on 4chan as specifically racist). In 2019 and 2020 Boogaloos were involved in several attacks and killings of police officers and security personnel (see the Wikipedia article).

Like any loose "movement" there is a range of people, motives, and beliefs, but the median point is far from just "we'd like less government and more 'liberty'". The Hawaiian shirts were their idea, it's too bad you tripped over it.

Spoken like a guy that doesn't understand 4chan, the FBI, or Wikipedia.

You're out of your element, Donnie.

Isn't it amazing that, when somebody accuses you of Racism -- whether it's true or not, whether it's even got anything whatsoever to do with what you said, much less meant to say -- you are expected to lay down on your belly and beg for forgiveness, instead of just telling the accuser to Go Get Fucked. It's always presumed to be a true accusation, and therefore the end of the discussion, with the accuser automatically winning the engagement. And it usually works, because of the Tip O'Neill "seriousness of the charge" argument. Because Racism is now far worse a crime than mass murder, and people don't understand that if you acquiesce to the charge IN ANY WAY, if you offer ANY apology at all, you're guilty.

So, StevenHodas, how about you Go Get Fucked?

I wasn't accusing anyone of being racist, not you, Rip, and not all Boogalos. I simply referenced the fact (with citations) that one of the origins of the Bookaloo "movement" was the welcoming/provoking of a race war.

Oh, of course not. You would never do such a thing. You merely got some overspray on us. Certainly unintentional. Go get fucked, raceboy.
