    Phil, Great article. I'm now 69 and started SS at age 61. Our gym closed here during COVID for about 8 weeks but recently reopened with restrictions. Man! is it good to get back under the bar. It's what keeps us young!

    Great article. I'm 70 and still training or maybe just exercising . I restarted about 6 years after about a five year layoff. The hardest part for me is looking at my old logs from 20 years ago and seeing my warmups then are now my max weights. I'm doing something different now. A 3x3 metabolic program, hoping it will improve my health as far as BP and work capacity.
