    Another enjoyable episode Rip.
    Never been to a meet. Will check it out now though.
    Was just wondering how warmups get done, do they tend to be all over the place and you just make the best of it, ie I’m assuming the wait between warmup and your attempts may be longer than what you’re used to when training to your work set for example.

    I like podcasts where I learn something. This was one of those podcasts. Thanks Rip and crew.

    I've competed in one powerlifting meet as a skinny 170 high school junior in the late 60's. I then watched the 68 Olympic weighlifting competition and never understood the different formats until today.
