Im trying out singles today on the PC, working up to 150# or so. I am feeling a bit of light headedness after each heavy single. Simular to when you benf over or crouch and stand up. Nothing that causes any major effect, last about 2-3 seconds.

Is this normal and will go away the more I do them? I have experienced this with the NLP sets of 3.

are you doing your valsava at the top, then reaching down and going?
I used to get the head rushes like that.
get your grip first, then breath, the go,
    or listen to Rip
