    Hello all,

I am looking for advice on where to start after a long lay off

my previous stats were as follows

    age: 24
    hgt: 5-9
    wt 175
    bench: 275x3
    squat: 265x5
    deadlift: 455x5 with a 505 pull for 1

    My current stats:
    age:
    hgt:5-9
    wt: 235
    bench: 185..3x5 on 9/4/20
    squat: 275 ..3x5 on 9/3/20
    deadlift 335..1x5 on 9/3/20

I am currently doing a modified 4 day split but wondering if i should just do the NLP.

I am looking to some cut some fat so i have restricted my calories to about 2500-3750 with a minimum of 225g P and 300g C

    I appreciate any advice

    Josh

Yes, start with the NLP and keep most of your calorie restriction in the form of fat. As you get closer to top-end old numbers you can switch to the 4 day and reassess your macros.
