My goal is to play College Football in the 2021 Season beginning in August 2021 and looking at my training, I know that I need to do better than I have this time. Is there any feedback I can get about goal lifts and my bodyweight to aim for next August? Thank you.

If your looking to play college football at 5'11" and 133lbs you better start eating. Also you need to triple your deadlift and squat. You need to seriously go back to NLP, eat your calories and get some weight on the bar. At Bama the quarter back squats 600lbs. You didn't say what level you wanted to play but even for JUCO you are light and weak.
“At Bama the quarter back squats 600lbs” He doesn’t squat 600lbs he standing knee flexes and extends 600lbs. But ya he’s still really strong.
"He doesn’t squat 600lbs he standing knee flexes and extends 600lbs."
I couldn't find any video of him squatting so we'll never know for sure. But I bet Cochran in the day was a stickler for strict reps.
