I’m fortunate enough to have enough room and two bars in my garage gym, but one of is an axle. How much of an issue would it be to use the axle for the warmup sets?

Tried this procedure working out with my girlfriend today. Worked really well going between squat and bench. Saved a lot of time and let me take nice long rests without feeling like I was wasting time.

I'd imagine it's possible to do on any program where you are doing more than one lift in a day.
