    No idea. And clearly it would have been a much better ad if the old man was deadlifting and pressing with a barbell rather than whatever he was trying to do with the kettlebell. But I appreciated the spirit of it: strength matters because life matters, and life is better when you are strong enough to live and enjoy it.

    DocMorris isn’t a person, it’s a mail order pharmacy in The Netherlands.
    The codger in the commercial didn’t have a SSC or barbell, but strangely enough, he was able to accomplish his goal anyway and with a kettlebell no less. I reckon that the kettlebell and his granddaughter weighed about the same;
    24 kg./53 lbs.

    A barbell would have been better. But he got his old ass up and did something hard. Until it wasn't so hard. All with a larger goal in mind.

    Let's not be too extreme Iron Religion Fundamentalists about what he DID do.
