Thanks for the responses everyone, some good info here that is very useful. I like the idea of the three day Texas method over four days, along with the heavy light split. My focus now is on maintaining or losing a little bit of weight because I live in south Florida and it’s hotter than hell. Big and heat are an awful combo, so my priority is more weight management and grappling at the moment, hence me thinking a hlm template would be suitable.
