You seem to be under the impression that other people care about the skin color of your legs, and that if they do this should somehow matter to you. Outgrow this, and your training will improve.
When I lived in Florida it was shorts 24/7. Now that I'm up in Yankeeland it's shorts in the summer and sweats in winter.
