This is normal after a very heavy set. But you're not supposed to be doing very heavy sets at this point in your resumption of training, so the load was too heavy.
I just came back to the gym this morning. I decreased my load 30% because I haven't been in for two months. My warm-up sets were fine but my plate math for my first work-set was off my by 10 pounds. I didn't realize after I completed the first set. While I was coming around to my mistake my hearing seemed to decrease. Everything seemed muffled for about a minute or two. Then my hearing went back to normal. Anyone have experience with this?

Thank you.
I'm beginning to think I'm lucky to be able to repeat the NLP again. Ironic that it didn't feel that way initially. All's well that ends well.
Have a good rest of your day.
