    The one that created multiple discussions around here about more cardio. Plenty of talk about doing cardio, what kind of cardio tools to pick, but nothing programming it. That's my point.
    I believe I have mentioned this before: conditioning is not trained, it is exercised -- so it's not really programmed like training is. Just do enough to get your HR and RR elevated, and quit. Don't tap in to your recovery.
