In the latest days, I retried the deadlift with straps, and holy moly there was certainly a grip issue. 120kg (265) went up like a breeze!! Its funny how the grip just fucks your mind. I thought I was about
to stall on the NLP.
I "forced" my workplace to invest in some Eleiko bars and stuff... working as an aircraft engineer, we soon will have our hangar equipped with bars and plates, and lots of chalk!!
Im not letting anything come between me and lifting heavier weights
