    Hi guys,

I had pretty severe scoliosis and received a spinal fusion on just about all of my spine in 2014. With that being said, I was left with uneven shoulders (left side lower than my right). Everything on the linear progression feels great, except for bench. I continually plateau at around 225 on bench whenever I try and progress from a lower weight and move up by 2.5 pounds. It’s gotten to the point where my press is starting to creep up on my bench (press top set is 185 for a single). I just didn’t know if u had any suggestions since my situation is kind of unique. Thanks

This is not the kind of problem you can fix in a board post.
