These are your numbers 3 weeks into a re-LP? How far have you gotten in the past? At 5 ft 11 and 95 kg, I think probably you may be the wrong kind of 95 kg. Reckon you'll have to smash the protein in at 200+ grams a day on 3500+ calories and get those lifts up to something sizeable before worrying. Whenever I've had a lay-off I normally manage to get a good few weeks of alternating deadlifts and powercleans before needing to space the deadlifts out further by alternating chins and pulls.

Wish I had that option. It's a rare lat pulldown machine than can go up to 290 pounds.

You can use dumbells to expand the machine capacity. The one in my gym goes up to 225. Granted, I only needed a 10 pound dumbbell to get up to my body weight, but I did use the smaller plates and dumbbells to make the jumps, as the pulldown machine only has 10 pound jumps.

Yeah 3 weeks in mate. The highest ive ever had my numbers were. Squat 127.5kg, Deadlift 160 kg, Bench 75kg, Press 60kg and PC 75kg.

Yeah im defo carrying some extra fat than before which will explain my weight.

And will up my protein intake.

Ive always done chinups on powerclean day so never spaced out my deadlifts further, its always still been, Workout A-Deadlift, Workout B-Powerclean and Chins.

Thanks for the advice guys, ive started the Santana protocol and will up my protein intake, so all good.

    Cheers

You’re not going to like it:

defo in British English. (ˈdɛfəʊ ) exclamation. British informal. definitely: an expression of agreement or consent.
