    Hi guys

Basically I'm wondering if I should go back to LP for a bit?

At at Bodyweight of 83kg my best numbers are
    S- 175kg
    B- 137.5kg
    D- 200kg
    P- 60kg

    All are 1RM numbers

For a variety of reasons my current bests are
    S-125kg
    B- 110kg
    D- 150kg
    P- 50kg

Should I revert back to LP for a while or just carry on with one of the intermediate style plans?

In essence would I make better/quicker progress doing LP until I stall out again?

    Many thanks

    James

You've had an account here since late 2019, yet no posts. I'm going to assume that you've at least been reading the forums at least sporadically during that time to know that you haven't provided enough information.

Age, height, weight (you ID'd 83kg for those lifts at some unidentified time in the past, but what are you now?), plus The First Three Questions? That's a start.

Also, you should know that no one here cares about your 1RM numbers. They are meaningless in the context of training and programming. For your current programming, what are your actual work sets?

You haven't provided sufficient information, yet I'm inclined to ask "What makes you think that you are an intermediate?"

If you've had a significant training layoff (multiple months or more) then yeah, go back to LP. It jogs the hell out of that muscle memory. You probably won't be doing it for quite as long and will be able to do some bigger jumps.

    Hi Bill.

    My apologies.
I have now done a lot more reading through the site over the last few days.
In hindsight I should have checked through more before asking a question like that.

I am going to pick some conservative numbers and use NLP.

    Thank you for the response
