That was awesome! Kathleen’s growth is inspiring, and her singing nearly brought this grown ass man to tears. Even as a younger man without her limitations (falling, etc), I find a story like this to be more motivating than an article in men’s health with a physical freak featured. These testimonials highlight the actual life-changing benefits of strength and muscle gains. Keep killing it!

    Same.

    Two things...

    1) can one of her coaches discuss how/if her body comp has changed since she started? Just curious on the progress she's made there too.

    2) This just solidifies my belief that the SSC Coach Nicole who's squatted 370 should be highlighted...or Bre...or any other strong woman affiliated with SS. Women need to hear this message way more than men (IMO), and not until they turn 60.

Hello everyone! Here is a quick update on the progress Kathleen continues to make at Starting Strength Denver. She is a hard worker and consistent trainer. This has resulted in amazing strength improvement!

This week she did Box Squat for 135x3 and Deadlift for 217.5x3!

We look forward to sharing her progress as she continues training!
